FREQUENTLY
ASKED

What types of buildings do you service for abatement?
We provide abatement services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, with solutions designed to address each property's specific hazardous material concerns while meeting all regulatory standards.
How do I know if my property has asbestos, lead, or mould?
Properties built before the early 1990s are more likely to contain asbestos or lead-based materials, while mould can develop in any building with moisture issues. We can help connect you with certified consultants to handle proper testing before any work begins.
Are your training programs certified and recognized?
Yes, our Fall Protection and MEWP training programs follow industry standards and are certified, ensuring your workers meet provincial safety compliance and legal obligations.
What safety measures do you take during abatement?
Safety measures vary depending on the risk level of the hazardous materials. Based on the type of material and the scope of work, different procedures are followed. These can include containment, negative air pressure, protective equipment, and safe disposal to protect workers, occupants, and the environment.
